Technical Difficulties
I have forgotten my password – how do I reset it?
To reset your password, you’ll need to know the email and/or username linked to your account.
If you’re unsure, please email the Common Approach team at commonapproach@aracy.org.au for help.
If you registered via the ARACY website (after June 2025, and as an individual or part of a group under 20 people):
Go to the ARACY login page and select “Lost your password?”
Enter your registered email or username, then click “Reset password”
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from ARACY with a reset link.
If you don’t receive it within 15 minutes, contact commonapproach@aracy.org.au
If you registered before June 2025 or are part of a large group (20+ people):
Visit the ARACY eLearning log-in site
Click “Forgot your password?”
Enter your email or username. If your details match an account, you’ll receive an email with reset instructions.
Where do I log in to my account?
If you have created an account prior to June 2025 or you are undertaking The Common Approach as part of a large group n(+20 people), please log in through this website here: eLearning Portal
If you have created an account after June 2025 and you are undertaking the course as an individual, or in a small group (less than 20 people), please log in here: My account – ARACY
I have entered the enrolment key incorrectly; how do I access the course?
If you have entered an enrolment key incorrectly, please contact The Common Approach team at commonapproach@aracy.org.au stating in your email that you entered the enrolment key incorrectly. Please also reference your course username and/or email address so the team can find your account.
If the enrolment key is entered incorrectly, your eLearning account will not be fully enrolled in the training. The Common Approach team will quickly enroll you into the course (process takes around 2 minutes).
I can log into my account, but I cannot access The Common Approach training course. How can I gain access to the course?
First, make sure you have signed in through the correct link. If you created an account before June 2025 or are part of a group larger than 20, please log in through this website here: eLearning portal
You may not have access to the course for several reasons:
- Your account has expired. Access to The Common Approach eLearning platform is for a 12 month period. This is measured from the 12 months from the date that you first enrolled in The Common Approach eLearning course. If you would like to extend your enrolment in The Common Approach training program, please contact commonapproach@aracy.org.au. Please advise whether you are an individual or managing a group, of which many participants wish to extend their enrolment.
- You have incorrectly entered an enrolment key. If you were given an enrolment key to enter upon enrolment, and have entered it incorrectly, you will not be able to access the course. If this has occurred, please reach out to The Common Approach team at commonapproach@aracy.org.au , who will quickly enrol you manually into the course (process takes 2 minutes).
- You have logged in via the incorrect link. If you have created an account via this link: eLearning Portal If you registered before June 2025 or are part of a large group you will always access the course this way.
Purchasing the Course
I'd like to pay by invoice, how can I do this?
Simply select direct bank transfer at the checkout.
The bank account details will appear on the screen after your purchase is complete and will be in your order confirmation email.
Once we have received the funds your order will be marked as processed and you will be able to access the course or if you have purchased resources they will be sent to you.
How do I purchase the training for a group of under 20 people?
If you are interested in registering a group of less than 20 people. Please see the enrolment instructions below.
- Go to the ARACY shopfront and select “The Common Approach – Conversations with Children and Families Training” ( The Common Approach – Conversations with Children and Families Training )
- Select “enable group purchases” when purchasing the course. Select the number of individuals within your group. For example, if you want to enrol 5 people in the course (include yourself, the purchaser in these numbers if you want to complete the course. The purchaser is not automatically enrolled in the course), enter 5 in the box.
- If this is all you wish to purchase, select add to cart and proceed to the checkout. Make sure you can see “Group Purchase enabled” on the item in your cart.
- You will now be taken to the checkout. Fill out your billing details.
- If you would like to have all resource kits delivered to a central location, rather than delivered to individuals via post, please state this in the order notes. Include a postal address to which the physical resource kits will be posted. Please complete any other order requests.
- In the Group Name section, please enter a name for your group. This will be the name under which all the participants will be registered. This is often the name of the organisation. If your organisation has previously undertaken training in The Common Approach, or you are unsure of a name, please enter the group name: Organisation Name + Year (i.e. ARACY 2025).
- You will then receive an email to start enrolling students, either by entering them individually or by uploading a spreadsheet. The students that you have entered will receive an email with instructions on how to access the course.
I want to make a group purchase of training for over 20 people – how do I do this?
